Thank You 12South Friends—from Tricia, Dan & Thor Frantz
Dan, Thor and I would like to say thank you to Todd McEachern for opening his home to welcome friends and neighbors on our behalf. Words seem very inadequate to express our gratitude to you. You are an extraordinary friend and a wonderful neighbor, not just to us but also to everyone. With your ever-present smile you show us how to be great neighbors: thoughtful, generous, tolerant, giving and always kind.
To our friends and neighbors who took time from their busy personal schedules to wish us well we thank you. Your thoughtfulness overwhelmed us. Your kind words, delicious food and hugs are much appreciated. We enjoyed visiting with you all very much.
I would also like to express a special thank you to Ruth Epps, Eric Fogle and Frances Giles for their unceasing support and contributions throughout the years. Without their support and belief in our neighborhood initiatives when we struggled as Montrose Neighborhood Alliance the 12South Neighborhood Association would not be what it is today. Thank you.
