This year's neighborhood tour will be held on Saturday, April 18 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets go on sale at 10:30 a.m. in the parking lot on 12th Avenue South between Summer Classics (2600 12th Ave S.) and Harb's Rugs. Tickets are $10.00.

Participating local 12South merchants will be providing discounts to ticket purchasers. The tour is showcasing eight homes and multiple gardens and promises to bring the rich history and architectural styles that give the neighborhood its unique character.

Complimentary tickets will be provided to fire, police and military personnel and their accompanying spouses.

Neighborhood Clean-Up Saturday, April 11th, 9 a.m. to noon.
Meet at the lot behind Summer Classics and Harb's Rugs (2600 block on 12th Ave. S.) where the roll off dumpsters are for that day.

The neighborhood clean up is an essential part of preparing the neighborhood for the tour. As our guests walk from home to home, they will take in the neighborhood’s surroundings as part of the overall experience. Our goal is to dedicate the same care to the streets, yards and alleys that our host homeowners will dedicate to preparing their homes for the tour. We need your help. Volunteers are asked to meet at the lot behind Summer Classics and Harb's Rugs: Saturday, April 11th, 9 a.m. to noon.
